My wife and I visited this hotel on our last visit to Florence in April 2012. Although we didn't stay at the property we did walk around and it looks fabulous. On a fair amount of ground in a section of the city that is a little removed from the Centro. Everything looks outstanding and upto Four Seasons standards....lots of... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your positive feedback which I very much appreciated. With regards to the location of our Hotel I am sorry that you found it far from the centre. In fact it is a 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. However, for your kind information that could be useful for your future stay with us, we have... More

This hotel is very expensive and not worth it. The gardens and pool were the attractions for us, but the pool was supposed to be open until sunset and closed earlier at 6:30. The hotel lacks an Italian feel. We much preferred a smaller hotel where we stayed our first few days in Florence which was half the price and... More

This hotel was previously 2 palaces that have been converted into a hotel. Both buildings are very nice. We were in the main building in a mini suite, loved it! The service was on par with all the other Four Seasons we have stayed at. The only thing we did not love about this hotel is the location. It is... More

The Four Seasons Florence is a property which will resonate in your mind for years. It’s a place you will always recall with fondness, the stay that will be noted for relaxation, impeccable service, stunning grounds and that feeling that only a first class hotel can provide. While it is not without minor issues, the Four Season Florence steps up... More

We stayed at the Firenze Four Seasons for a week in April of 2012. We were part of a large group and found that we experienced the Four Seasons Service Level that we have enjoyed in many cities. from check in to check out - recognition by name and acknowledgement by all staff. when asked for advice or ideas, the... As we love the Four Season Hotels around the world we wanted to visit this one and although we were not staying here we went for afternoon tea. The tea arrived lukewarm and we waited a long time for the sandwiches and scones. They brought pastries but still no sandwiches and scones. We asked for only egg sandwiches but when... More

Florence was our favorite city in Italy. It is walkable AND beautiful. When we arrived at the Four Seasons, we were immediately made comfortable with bottled water and a snack while my husband checked in. We stayed in an Executive Suite with a lovely view of the Duomo. The room was comfortable and spacious with all of the modern amenities... More

When I am in Firenze I always stay at the Four Seasons. Everything is in walking distance - max 15 minutes to Cafe Gilli - but I feel like staying at a house in the country side with the beautiful gardens and terraces. The staff is extremely friendly and assist wherever needed. The rooms are true 5stars, the bath is... More

We stayed at the Four Seasons for four days as part of a conference in May and were in absolute awe of the beauty of the establishment and the customer service. It is a true five star hotel! The customer service is exceptional! The staff are personable and pleasant and offered great suggestions for restaurants, attractions, etc. We stayed on... More

The Four Seasons in Florence is what my wife calls: "her happy place". It is a beautiful property a 10-15 minute walk from the Duomo. Very close but discretely tucked away. The restored buildings are magnificient and the grounds are stunning. We stayed in the Conventino wing which is across the park. We enjoyed it as it seemed quieter than... More
