We have been coming to N4U for 3 years now and have always been welcomed. I do not have to complain about the service I received. Excellent location, great price, fantastic breakfast. Other people here have already noted the stairs (they are on the 2nd floor - or the 3rd floor if you are from the US), but we did not find this to be a 'major' issue. If you are going to Florence, we would HIGHLY recommend N4U Guesthouse...we loved it.

Don't miss out on this beautiful place right in the heart of Florence. The service is top-notch. As they say themselves: we are more than a hotel. And they certainly are! We booked through hotels.com which was cheaper than directly through www.n4uguesthouse.it. So do check the prices before booking.

A fabulous location and a great building but beware! There are 77 steps to the guest house and you need to be relatively fit - particularly carrying your luggage. Rooms are clean and service is good however the air conditioning is very basic - an incredibly noisy free standing unit with a hose that keeps falling out of the outlet!... More

Staying at N4U was so easy. The place was clean, impeccably decorated, and perfectly located. Breakfast in bed was deliciuos. My only complaint would be the stairs to the apartments - which, after a long day of sightseeing and wandering - were pretty difficult. Otherwise, I couldn't have been more pleased. Pay up front for a good discount.
