“Great place to stay”

We have just returned from a weekend in Florence and wanted to thank everyone at this hotel for being so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Combined with the excellent location and nice clean room, it made for a great place to stay in Florence.

You have to understand up front that this is a 2 star hotel not 4 or 5 star. It's in an old, listed historic building right next door to a building with a plaque stating that it was the childhood home of Michaelangelo.
