The room we had was not at all like any of the photos. The room was clean but very scruffy. No curtains the fridge and the aircon did not work. Old, scafy inside and out hotel, not maintained and serviced properly. They advertise that they have a parking onsite, it is false statement since they don't have a parking onsite at all. Rooms a dirty and outdated, air conditioning doesn't work, complimentary breakfast is a joke. Would not recommend this hotel.

One of the few hotels we could find in our budget who could fit all 4 of us. Gave us a nice, very clean 2 room "suite" with a view of the Basilica of San Lorenzo. Easy walking distance of the train station. Very friendly staff. We would go back if in Florence again.
