Arrived in hotel slightly earlier than expected but the friendly gentleman at reception allowed us to check in early and have our room with no quibbles which was a nice touch. When we arrived at our room we found the room a reasonable size, with a very clean bathroom. We received our breakfast in our rooms everyday which was small,... More

This is a comfortable and cosy place. It gives you a sense of being out of the hustle and bustle but there is one constant reminder and that is the traffic noise outside. It is rather loud but nothing a set of earplugs for a light sleeper like myself can't sort out. The room we stayed in (no.1) was large.... More

Handy enough location, although in the july heat i think i'd rather either be out of town, or in the south of the city, closer to where we were spending most of our time. It was about a 20 min walk to the centre of the sight seeing area, although we walked much further than that everyday. The aircon was... More

I can't say enough about this hotel and its staff. My 19 year old daughter and I stayed 3 nights while touring Italy. No, it's not a modern place, but it's clean and comfortable. Francesco, the owner, makes you feel welcome and will help you with whatever you need. The location was convenient to the train station, which is why... More

The staffs were really friendly. Room was spacious. Free wifi. Free snacks for breakfast. A really good restaurant near to the accomdoation which we guessed was a locals favourite was recommended by the staff. Staff even helped us by printing our bookings for free. Bad part was only it's a distance walk from the central. More

We stayed in Room 4. The bathroom looks newly refurbished so it was very clean and large. Everything was provided including a hairdryer, large kettle and a large bottle of mineral water every day. The night watchman was very sweet - when he found out that we didn't have time for breakfast in the morning, he pulled out a whole... More

Me and my partner arrived late in the evening however it was not a problem to do the check-in as long as we advised them before hand that we were going to arrive late. My partner did the check in that night, i arrived early morning so the first time i saw the staff was the next morning. i was... More

The actual facilities are nice, but the owners are the most terrible people. Seriously, I dont care how nice it looks or how many ammenities it has, the people you will have to deal with are so unreasonable, irrational, and nasty it is not worth any of your money. NEVER STAY HERE More
