located in a quiet street a few metres from the train station, a new tram line passes in front of the hotel. The hotel has an amazing breakfast room and menu. The bathrooms are great with most rooms having high celings and typical Italian style windows.

But the location not so hot, It's close to the train station which can be good and bad at the same time, even in a beautiful and safe city like Florence to be walking around train stations at night by yourself...not a good idea, next time I'll stay at the Lucchesi again which is closer to a nicer area and...

We stayed in a quad room for 3 nights. The front desk was super, spoke very good english and made very good recommendations for food and attractions. Located an easy walk from train station and many sights & shopping. Great leather shops closeby!!!!!!!
The 2nd bedroom was a little uncomfortable but for a couple of nights is ok. Better to...

Gives the appearence of 4 star on the outside but rooms are very small and not as nice as other 4 stars in Florence. Breakfast does not have much variation. Front desk staff was very snobbish. When we spoke to a front desk employee in Italian, he refused to repeat slowly after telling him we didn't understand. Strange, because this...

Great hotel, close to train station, staff were efficient and friendly and spoke good English. We had a quad room which was two twins with separate toilets. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice of meats, breads, cereals pastries, fruit etc. One minor technical problem with electrics in room was resolved on our return the same day.

This 4 year old Hotel has is a mixture of a very old building coupled with a much newer extension. It is very well situated being alongside the Main Railway Station, however the level of sound insulation was such that you could not hear the trains. The interior of the hotel is very modern and tastefully decorated and in particular, the...

We stayed at this hotel the end of May 2011 for my sister-in-law's 30th. The hotel itself was lovely. The rooms were clean and good location (quiet in the evenings but not too far from train station etc).
There was a vast selection at breakfast - cold meats, breads, jams, cereals, yoghurts, fruits and some hot buffet too - scrambled...
