The staff is very friendly and willing to answer all our queries. Location is good, it's very near to the main train station. Breakfast need to pay euro 5 and its so so. Lift only serves to 2nd floor and were staying in the top floor so we gotta carry our luggage and climb up the stairs. Many stairs.

This hotel is in a great location ( close to train and tourist sites) its cheap and has a good bathroom. The only complaint is the bed is hard and when people walk down the hallway its loud. I would stay here again tho good deal compared to everything around. Believe me i checked.

The hotel is very close to the Central railway station of Florence, which is very convenient for those who are travelling by train, yet within the easy reach to all main attractions.
