Very friendly and accommodating staff, nice breakfast, and in a fantastic location for central Florence - just south of the river, which seemed much less touristy than the northern side, with more real bars and restaurents with real florentines in them. We stayed for two nights from the 15th to 17th April 2012 and I can't speak more highly of the hotel. It is in a great location, we had a spacious and very clean room which was full of character, and the hotel staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is really nice and the rooms are clean. The view is superb and the location is perfect for visiting Florence. The owner is very friendly and kind and the breakfast is good.

We booked without knowing what to expect, we got lucky the extremely friendly owner Marco acted more like a friend than the relais manager/owner, the building is nice the room nice and on the top the rate was excellent we recommend the "inn" for a pleasent stay
