Booked through booking website months in advance paid only to find out when we arrived they were overbooked!! They were so nice in booking us a room at a hotel that was rated 415 out of 450 hotels in Florence the hotel smelled of rotten sewer.

Stayed there for 3 nights in May - excellent location, very friendly staff and owner. Rooms were of a good size, simple, and always very clean. Good if simple breakfast. Hotel offers excellent recommendations for dining and makes reservations to the major museums. I will be back!
