we were 10 people together from Australia. Our rooms were in all parts of Fattoria & all had a sewerage smell &/or leaking toilets most of the time. Water presure was mostly poor. Pool VG but everywhere you look much maitenance & upkeep is needed.

I can't say enough nice things about this property. The apartment that we rented was spacious and fairly priced. We had a huge terrace that looked out over Florence.
