A very nice Hotel, The only thing is that it is small and half the rooms are on the street side which are very noisy at night. A sort of main cut through street that is down the block from a club. This hotel has excellent location. Just a few minutes walking distance to all of Florence's top tourist attractions. Very near the Santa Maria Novella train station. Excellent from the first moment we arrived there. Staff were kind of serious people but that's it. They treat us more than excellent. Location is 10+!!!! Night life just around the corner!!!! Would go back 100 times if I have to!

great central location ,very short walk to all the major sites ,we had elderly parent with us and it worked out fine. staff very friendly and helpful. we used the parking service ,which was cheap and reliable, if your driving to florence ,i wouldnt consider anything else .
