I was in hotel in Oct 2012.The location was good with good staff. The hotel was near to Duomo. I think the breakfast was not so good and internet connection was not strong in the rooms. At all I enjoyed staying in Florence.

We discovered this hotel several years ago and have returned several times.The staff are always friendly and cheerful. They are glad to provide extras and will suggest good places to eat or call a cab.

We stayed in this hotel from August 8th - 11th. Location - The hotel is located near the train station. If you have your back towards the train station, ahead of you, you should see somewhat of a traffic circle. Pros: 1) Great staff 2) Brilliant rooms (although ours {no. 25} had a street light outside that buzzed noisily all night) 3) Perfect location CONS: 1) Terrible breakfast. Very meager, and very wanting. So bad it was necessary every day to buy breakfast elsewhere.
