Truly enjoyed our stay at Annalena. Fascinating history of the place, hotel located on 2nd floor (no lift) of a 600 year old building. Room was large (nr. 5), and ours came with a fantastic balcony (terrace) overlooking the hotel garden. Very well located, close to Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio, this hotel has nice staff and a fair price. Great for those who want to stay close to the amazing attractions of Florence.

I was disappointed in this pensione. My single room (No 22) had a very very slim twin-sized bed; the room itself was barely twice the width of the bed, so difficult to manoeuvre around the space.
