I stayed in the hotel last week, and I am happy with the hotel, location, rooms, service, staff and breakfast. The location is excellent, and all tourist sites are within walking distance.
The covers for the windows are an excellent idea, and meant I could sleep happily during the day if I wanted.

The hotel is only a few blocks from the Duomo and other sites but on a side street so it is very quiet. My room was surprisingly large for a European hotel. Clean, modern and well priced. The staff was professional but not particularly helpful (but nothing negative).

The room was basic, the double bed was two singles zipped together and the bed took up the vast majority of the room. No English language TV - although we did mange to grab a few moments of a film in English on one of our three nights.

The hotel is central in Florence. It is of a side street it looks like it is hidden in a plaza. The hotel itself has 2 nice sitting areas with free wifi. The rooms are spacious and updated. Breakfast which is included is basic continental but enough to fill you up. I would definitely recommend. Staff was helpful.

Our hotel was on a small street, lined with cafeterias, bars and shops! I loved it. We were about a block and a half from the piazza with the merry go round and the arch, which was lovey at night. We took a horse and carriage ride through the city at dusk and did a wine and cheese tasting class....
