We couldnt enter the main door of the hotel with the luggage as cars were parked in front of the main door. We had to lift the bags (30 kilos each) on our head. Air Condition was very bad. No internet. Breakfast was limited.

Out dated hotel, AC & TV don't work, small bath, only a shower head without even a shower tray. Towels are more like cheap table cloths. To resolve the AC problem they provide you with a small fan. Staff are not professional and unwilling to help for a basic simple task like storing your luggage after check out time.

The hotel was old, worn and dirty. Rooms are very very small, and bathrooms are a complete joke. The breakfast that was included also a joke, coffee is rationed with only a half cup pr. person, bread is old and so on. Only positive things are location and the young female receptionist.

No tv, no fridge, laughable shower...I dont see how this is a 3 star hotel at all. There was garbage in the room when we got there. Basically the same as everyone else is saying, mostly bad service and really run down.

this is a 3 star property. located near main railway station.Just 5 minute walk from the railway station. lots of eating joints are around. i think it is considered as cheap and best hotel in florance.
