This is definitely a 4 star hotel. Great accommodations(clean, nicely decorated, comfortable) and very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Excellent breakfast buffet(European style of course) and the location on the river was not only beautiful but convenient also. We walked everywhere from this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a great location, our room was wonderful with a view of the Duomo, breakfast was the best we had and the service was great. The downside was the terrible wifi which was slow and problematic (2 out of 5 stars). Recommend you stay!
