Generally speaking the hotel is ok if you consider it for a business trip. I would not suggest if for any pleasure or turistic trip. We had a very pleasant stay in Florence. Most things met or exceeded expectations. The bed was comfortable, the restaurant food was delicious and the location close to the highways was perfect.
