The hotel is walking distance from the train and bus stations in Florence. Its a nice place, nothing fancy. I think its a stretch for a 4 star hotel. This was my fifth trip to florence having stayed in the duomo and ruspoli and others i thought at the price dont expect much. How wrong was I the hotel was great.Every member of staff were brilliant couldnt do enough for you.Going back to Florence next year for easter certain to try and book this hotel.
