Stayed here with my daughter and a friend one night in 2011. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, pleasant room. Very easy to walk to from the train station, did take about 15-20 mins for us to find it, but that could be us and reading directions. Easy to walk around to the sights of Florence from this hotel.

This little 'gem' of a hotel is in a great location in Florence. It's close to the Accademia, Palazzo Medici-Riccardi, San Lorenzo, the Central Market and, of course, the Duomo. The room was spacious and clean although the bathroom was a little cramped. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Cozy hotel in the center of Florence! Walking distance from Central Station, Market and the main tourist attractions, e.g. Duomo, Academia. Staff was helpful and always had a smile on their faces.
