Pricy, spacious, beautifully appointed suite, with great attention to small details (down to the quality of the cutlery). The pool-sized bath was particularly memorable. The reception staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, and the location more or less perfect. Highly recommended when in the mood for a bit of a splurge.

Fantastic apartment and service. We stayed in the opera room and it lived up to the pictures and exceeded expectations. 2 bathrooms, a huge romantic bathtub in one. Great layout, a full kitchen, living room; very luxiurious feel. Great location, only a few blocks away from the Duomo.

Very good value for money in the heart of Florence, a short walk from the Duomo. The service was impeccable and very friendly. We booked a suite on the thrid floor which was absolutely splendid, with an awesome jaccuzzi in the bedroom to relax after a day's sightseeing! 100% satisfied.

We styed in the Medici apartment on the top floor. These are very stylish newly refurbished apartments. The location is surprising quiet. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend. The spa bath is really as huge as the photos imply.
