We loved everything about this Hotel! Location, Room, Friendly Staff, Service, Food, Public Spaces were top notch. We stayed there 6 nights in May and couldn't have picked a better place. The hotel is newly renovated and they did a great job— modern amenities while preserving the historic details of the Palazzo. It's nice that the hotel has only 86... More

I stayed at the Westin next door but had dinner once at the lobby restaurant of the St. Regis. I am not able to tell how good the rooms are, but the lobby is beautiful, amazing food, really high quality ingredients, great service, very enjoyable evening.

Spent 13 nights here for my 50th birthday. The room was amazing and I felt like I was back in the renaissance time. Service was excellent and by the end of the trip everyone knew who we where. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was to come back to Florence, felt like a Queen

The St. Regis is the perfect place to stay in Florence. It is far enough away from the major tourist area to get some peace and quiet. Yet, it is close enough to walk to all the major sites. The hotel has been totally renovated and its a great mix of classic Florence and St. Regis luxury. Lobby is great,... More

Our stay at the St. Regis was brief, but fantastic. Do not miss the champagne event in the bar. The sommelier and staff make it a night to remember. They even taught us how to open a bottle of champagne with a saber ourselves. Makes for a great party trick. Our room overlooked the spillway on the Arno so we... More

This hotel had everything you would expect from a St. Regis Hotel. Impeccable service, including your own butler service, gorgeous room and dining facilities, the best concierge service and an ideal location by the River. There is no other place I would stay in Florence

What a beautiful hotel with excellent view and service. My daughter and I throughly enjoyed the experience over there - they have upgraded us to a suite with butler service since it was my daughter's first vist to Florence. We had wonderful meal and great view from the hotel. They have arranged our car services to Pisa as well. We... More

We recently stayed at St. Regis in April during our Spring Vacation when we had to check out of Four Seasons due to them being booked up. The beauty and color of the rooms was definitely spectacular and romantic and represents Florence in a wonderful, vibrant way. We had vibrant fresh flowers in the room and they were stunning. I... For my (business) stay in Florence, I opted to stay at both the Westin and St Regis (both hotels are located around the same square). The Starwood hotels are always my first choice as a SPG platinum member, and I believe they are the most luxurious hotels in town (besides the Four Seasons). Let me introduce myself as a seasoned... We stayed here last summer while we were attending a wedding in Florence. The service was top notch, rooms were clean and whimsically decorated with renditions of famous frescoes etc. We did not have any issues with noise or sound from the streets. Location is wonderful, near Arno river and walking distance restaurants, attractions, and shopping.
