I don't know what others are complaining about. You get what you pay for and we were total okay with this budget accommodation. It can be a bit noisy until about misnight when the local pub/club closes but overall the place isn't bad. Cental to most points of interest. Hard to find intially. We stayed in the room for 3... we returned to florence for a holiday after living there 2 years ago weve stayed many a times in cheap basic but welcoming accomodation. We decided to stay at the backpackers hostel purely for location and was extremely dissapointed. it wasnt particualy clean there is no on suite bathroom in the "on suite room" there are many rules upon arrival...
