Excellent location for exploring Tuscany and Umbria.Perfect for people who don't want to stay in a hotel.Well equipped apartment with air conditioning, good shower with large towels.Close to town for groceries and restaurants yet in the country away from city noise and crowds.Beautiful pool and sorroundings.Well maintained property.Only downer is the lack of screens on the windows.Owner is very accomodating...

When I first arrived at Case Sant'Anna I fell in love with it. Strada bianca leads to Leopoldina where Omar and his sister live. Leopodina is a fairy tale historical mansion. Leopoldina is an ancient achitecture designed by Granduca Leopoldo in the 18th century. Around Leopoldina there are two ancient houses completely restored.
