Perfect location, amazing views, very friendly and polite personnel. Nice breakfast with very good views. Super beds and very nice bathrooms with all amenities. Unfortunately did not have room for the spa.

Professionally run hotel with staff who go out of their way to be helpful. Eg produced specially baked gluten free croissant, cakes and bread for my breakfast - all dished up in rooftop restaurant with sea sparkling in the background. Perfect seaside location -Ortygia has great charm and hotel is well placed for wandering.
