4 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 May 2013 NEW

We booked fairly last minute directly through the hotel. Staff are very helpful. We were in room number 5 which does not have an en suite. However, we had a dedicated bathroom across the hall the door to which could only be opened via a buzzer in our room. Both the bedroom and bathroom are very clean, and neat. Breakfast... More

Stayed here for 2 nights before heading up into the Madonie mountains. We were so impressed we booked to stay for another night when the trip finished. The rooms are excellently furnished - everything new and very stylish. Brilliant bathrooms. Best showers in Sicily! Our bathroom was across the corridor from our room but we didn't find this a bother... More

The apartment itself has a good aura, it is spacious and cozy, I thought I want to buy it then I came into it for a first time. The location, in my opinion, is the best in Palermo - lovely pedestrian street with nice bars and restaurants (little touristic to eat but good looking from outside) at very-very center. The... More

My daughter & I spent our first 2 days in Sicily at this lovely"hotel".The bus stop is not too far,and we were very warmly welcomed. The room was modern with clean bathroom. It was like home, being able to make tea or coffee in the kitchen, where the adequate breakfast is served. The owners are very helpful with advice on local restaurants,and... More

The hotel is well located, we had a great room (number one en-suite) which was modern and very clean. We were very well welcomed and advised, both on restaurants and touristic visits. The breakfast is simple but nice (dont miss the home made tart). If we were going back to Palermo, we will definitely go there.

Newly renovated and decorated with care to a high standard in a very pleasant style (as on the pictures). Very, very clean. Common area (living room and kitchen) are large and inviting. It’s on the 3rd floor , there is a lift/elevator. Location is perfect - walking distance to all attractions, view to a pedestrian area with cafes, in the... More

A really excellent place to stay in Palermo. It was really faultless from our point of view, the hosts were very friendly and helpful and the room was really comfortable and clean. It is in a great location close to the bus stop from the Airport and a short walk from the historic centre. Finding it is a bit tricky... More

We stayed at the residenza for three days, the location was perfect very close to most of the attractions in the city. Also the hosts were amazing, very helpful and willing to take the time to make sure you get what you want out of Palermo. The residenza is spotlessly clean and the room we had was lovely. I would... We were here for a last-minute, one-night stay. Very beautiful and modern bedroom and huge living-room type lounge, all with comfortable and lovely furniture. Quiet bedroom, comfortable bed, nice breakfast (the kitchen/breakfast room, which included a refrigerator, dishes, etc., could be used at any time). Excellent restaurant suggestions from friendly, young, English-speaking owners (brother and sister). Highly recommended.
