Great beds, good showers, very well situated, good choice at buffet breakfast: there's only one thing wrong with this hotel and that's the atrocious coffee provided at breakfast! It was truly diabolical. Surely a hotel in central Palermo can provide a good cup of coffee in the morning.... The coffee lost the Politeama a star from me....

You don’t feel the luxury of a 4 start hotel but the price wasn’t at this level either.
