Good location. No lifts so not good for older people. Friendly staff. Very Sicilian. Breakfast room is small and sometimes there are more people than tables. This is a very average hotel but it's location is worth it as everything is within walking distance.

Good location, 24h helpful and friendly reception. Real antique furniture in the rooms. Good view from the balcony, but noisy during the day and night.

No elevator. No credit card for small amounts (i.e. only a couple of nights): this info came out only at checkout. Clumsy receptionists. The facility has some baroque atmosphere, quite old and decadent. Pretty good location.

A great hotel..reasonable rates..close to all the major attractions and the city centre. Very helpful staff. Nice rooms..no street noise. Only drawback is that there is no elevator!! All in all, we had a great time staying there!

...and a less than apologetic staff. I left the hotel at 1 a.m. to stay at a less pestilence-ridden hotel. Need I say more?
