We stayed in the hotel last august, We stayed for 5 night and booked a flight + Hotel deal on last-minute.com. When we arrived we were checked in straight away then told were our room was. To get to our room we had to get the lift to the pool floor then walk out side to the other part of... More

Do not stay here, I was booked for 5 night and only stayed one and two months later they still have not bothered to refund me. The place is a dump, there are massive tipped over dumpsters on the foot path infront of the hotel and there is rubbish everywhere and it had been there a long time. The bathrooms were... More

The hotel lacks character: it is a mix between business and leisure. It is near a busy road, quite far from the main beach in Mondello. However, there are good bus links with Mondello and Palermo, but sometimes you really have to wait a long time... There is really nothing else in the area, you can only use the hotel... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Although the rooms were spacious, I was concerned when I spotted a few ants around the mini bar. When I mentioned this at the desk, I was told that it was common and they would spray. The maid, who routinely spent no more than 10 minutes cleaning the room, didn't see anything.... More

We stayed in this hotel as part of an overnight trip to Palermo from Catania. The hotel room for a family of 4 was very spacious and we had no problem with that. However we decided to eat in the restaurant that night as we had travelled a long way that day - catania-trapeni-palermo. We were a group of 9... More

We returned last night from our 4 day trip to Palermo which we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed at the Addaura Hotel and found the staff very helpful and friendly. Apart from their own Graffiti Restaurant, which was very good, they also recommended other places to eat locally. Our room had a balcony and overlooked the sea, it was quite adequately... More

We travelled to Palermo (Siciliy) with our family (4 adults + 1 child) and stayed at the Hotel Addaura. The rooms are very basic (almost stark), but clean with a television and a view of the ocean through plenty of a glass windows. The room service was good and efficient. However it was discouraging to see overflowing garbage bins right... More

The hotel Addaura is a lovely hotel near Mondello. I had read some bad reviews about the hotel and wasn't keen on staying there but as every other hotel in Mondello was booked out I had no choice. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel was superb. It has a fantastic restaurant which was very affordable, the... More

Good things: 1 pool area was very nice (but pool closes between 2pm and 4pm), we could have spent the week there! 2 within easy reach of Palermo, even without a car, the 603 bus went from the hotel into the city and was frequent 3 breakfast was typically Italian and v. nice Bad things: 1 quite noisy in the... When we first arrived at the Addaura, we were very impressed. Our room was lovely, large, with minibar, two balconies and air conditioning. We arrived mid-June and our problem was that they did not consider this summer and therefore did not provide any kind of shuttle to their guests. This presented a problem because a 10 minute drive to Mondello... More
