Certainly this hotel seems to be in a nice part of Palermo - try the fantastic cafe (cakes and biscotti) just a few yards from the entrance (turn right). Helpful, friendly staff. An amusingly idiosyncratic lift - try it if you dare. Comfy bed and ample choice at breakfast.
