We spent 4 nights here in a junior suite that we booked via booking.com for €120/night. The room had a sitting room, king size bed sleeping area, a tv that swiveled so,you could watch it either in the bedroom or sitting room and a large bathroom with separate sink and closet area. The breakfast had a full selection of hot... More

I stayed here the night before my wedding(10th may) with my best man and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is well situated as I was getting married in Fonderia Oretea,so not far away. The room was very clean and tidy, well presented and great décor. The bathroom was nice and big, again all clean and no complaints. The only very small drawback, depending on... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in May 2013 - excellent location and the hotel was brilliant. Large spacious room on the 4th floor which included a nice bathroom with shower cubicle and a walk in wardrobe. The hotel has free wifi which is very handy plus the breakfast is really good - a hot selection, continental option, cereals, pastries and... More

We stayed there for 2 nights at the beginning of a 12-days road trip in Sicily. Room is spacious, very nice design, comfy bed, all the areas of the hotel feel pretty clean and luxurious and offer a big contrast with the streets of Palermo which is probably the dirtiest town I have ever seen - in Europe at least...... We had a terrible experience at the Palazzo Sitano - it's location, while convenient for dinner (though the nearby restaurants are very touristy) or sightseeing, is surrounded by loud, rowdy bars that do not close until after 3am and make sleep impossible. Note that I'm a 30 year old traveler, so I don't have anything against bars, but the hotel... More

We have just returned from 8 days touring Sicily from Palermo to Catania. Our first 2 nights were spent in Palermo and we were very happy with our choice of Palazzo Sitano. I had booked early and got a great rate. Our flight arrived mid morning and on arrival at the hotel around lunchtime we were pleasantly surprised to be... More

This hotel has an older section, and a newer section in back. Try to secure a room in the newer section if possible-- you might face an uninteresting courtyard in the back, but it will be dead quiet with no street noise. The more modern rooms can be quite small, but they're extremely comfortable. Mine had a huge marble bathroom.... More

It is a very good hotel for a city trip. The location is perfect, even when you rent a car (what we did). There is a free parking place just around the corner and you can visit the most historic buildings by walking . The staff at the front desk was very friendly but don't ask a recommandation for a... Promises of five pre booked rooms facing courtyard were broken. Dreadfully noisy street below. Rude front desk staff. Bathroom basin needed plumber. Breakfast buffet OK. If you want any sleep at night and appreciate courteous service don't stay here. Reina from NY.

The hotel is a nice modern adaption of a well located palace--but dont even think of driving there at night. Plus the on site garage is not on site which is awkward. The front desk staff tried to help but management was terrible--we asked for an additoinal lamp--the rooms are very poorly lit--and were rejected 3 times, the last time... More
