We had actually booked another hotel from home, but were told that because of rebuilding, they had moved our booking to this hotel instead. Stayed here during 4 days on July/11; there is a strange way to find the room (two lifts); no internet connection in the room as mentioned (even with a ethernet cable); not so kind personnel. Very noisy! Location is not good, despite the hotel name! The only thing nice was the price...

This hotel is located on the via Etnea, which is the main road for pedestrians (and buses) in Catania. Couple of hundred meters and you are in the heart of Catania with its cafes and restaurants and shops. Hotel is on the first floor and above a busy Catania street, so it can be noisy. Careful, the hotel is on the first floor, quite difficult to find the first time. No parking possibility with the hotel and in the neighbourhood. Currently works in the nearby street, so can get quite noisy in the mornings,
