We arrived quite late at Sol but were warmly greeted by Cristian. The B&B is close to the bus station which made it easy to find late at night. Cristian was also very helpful with directing us to places to eat. Our room was fine and the room and bathroom were clean. There was also a wide selection of foods... More

I stayed at solsicily for 3 nights & I've to say that although there were no major problems with my stay, I feel that I could have found better options. I'll start first with the positives: 1- The location is very good, its a 5min walk to the train & bus station, 2min walk to teatro massimo where all bars... More

My husband found this place so I had no expectations until we arrived. I was concerned with the neighborhood as it wasn't what we have been used to since arriving in Sicily. The location was close to the ferry that we were going to catch to Naples so I wasn't complaining as I had my back pack to carry. I... More

The location is very close to the ferry and a short walk to all the attractions. However the area looks a little sleezy, with the odd working "girl" ( a few years past the use by date) hanging around, but everyone was friendly and we never had any problems. The rooms are adequate, but the plumbing, like the girls, is... More

Our family spent some interesting days in this friendly and nice B&B. Cristiano and his girlfriend were really good hosts, helping a lot with maps ( homemade sometimes ) and a lot of information ( nice beach and more.. )about the city and areas around. Good breakfast. Enough space if you´re travelling as a family with 3 growing-up children. Rather... More

Location is great, is just between the train station and Piazza Duomo, the city center (5 min walking from each). Would stay there again if I will return to Catania. Grazie Cristian... More

Room where we stayed was very nice, large, airy ... Breakfast was great, good... Every morning fresh croissants, bread, very nice! In the immediate vicinity of the... More

Solsicily B&B is a very nice and beautiful place, with a very friendly and familial atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well decorated. It’s very central and convenient for hanging around in the city. The most interesting places are reachable by walking. and the transports to travel around Sicily are close by (bus and train). Cristian is an... More

My husband and I loved this B&B as a part of our stay at Catania. The hosts were extremely warm and ensured that we were clearly aware of the places to visit and the places to definately avoid around Catania. We stayed in a room which I think was the attic which was nice and large, comfortable and warm. Breakfast... More

Quiet in the center of the city, near the station and the old city. All the way ont top of the bulding. Nice room, quiet, clean not too expensive in regards of other places, not luxurious but cosy. Good breakfast. Computer free. Nice and gentle people (baby coming soon or came allready, that's for fun). Thanks to the owners.
