Beautiful building in the water, but nothing has changed for 20 years or so. Everything is wore out and need of replacement. The location, however, is ideal.

This hotel feels so dirty and could use being renovated. The furniture is dated and bedding is so old. The carpet throughout the hotel is disgusting, I even tripped over it where it rippled. Location is good and service is fine, just everything else is awful!
The pictures shown for this hotel must be from circa 1950, and carpets have not been cleaned since. Youth hostels in third world countries probably have better accomodations. Save your money and pitch a tent - it will be cleaner!
Check in staff look for cash by telling you credit card is declined - don't believe them!

Avoid this hotel. We chose it to be close to the airport, and it is convenient but in desperate need of an overhaul. The carpets alone are shameful and we attach a photograph. The price we paid was also very high. We would recommend using a B&B in the town instead
We stayed one night at the grandly named Mercure Grande Albergo Internazionale, which we chose as it appeared to be the nearest hotel to Brindisi Airport, before an early morning flight out of Brindisi Airport. We like the Mercure group and have stayed in many of their establishments, but this one was outstandingly the least impressive.

This hotel is way past its prime. Rooms are shabby, and don't plan on opening any windows... rooms on the interior all look onto the HVAC system, rooms on the street are subject to scooter noise until the wee hours, and airport noise in the morning. Fortunately, the weather was just cool enough that we didn't need AC or heat,...

Myself and a work colleague stayed here for one terrible night, the hotel has a lovely setting by the sea and was probably lovely in its day, but now its old and run down. Carpets were dirty and stained, room was horrible, dirty marks all over the walls and floor. Staff didn't want to know other than to move me...

How do I descibe this hotel? A hundred years ago, it must have been a FABULOUS place. But age has taken its toll, and despite refurbishments, it's not what I would hope for as a business traveller.
I was in a small room, on the 3rd floor at the rear. I am aware (I saw them when doors were open)...

Went to Brindisi on business and this hotel was booked for me, At one time (many years ago) this would have been quite an impressive hotel, but now it's just sad and tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. Great location right on the sea front with a few average restaurants within walking distance, Hotel staff made up for the...

Friendly staff in this grand allure hotel. I stayed in room 220, one of the nicest and spaciest rooms in this hotel with a view on the harbor. Large room with a huge bathroom, but a very tine shower in it. They could have used the space a bit better....
