The staff was wonderful and very helpful, rooms were excellent...very clean! A little small but all hotel rooms are smaller in Europe so that is expected. Parking service and excellent location. You can see the collesium only one block away. It is one street over from the best shopping in the city. A very romantic city and lots to see,... More

This hotel was great. They had an apartment up the road only 20 steps from the main hotel that suited our needs very well. There were two rooms and lots of space and you could see ( with a tilt of the head) the amazing Roman arena. The breakfast was good and overall for 5 people good value for money.... More

Stayed for one night only. The reception staff were friendly. Rooms are basic and clean. The shower is very small. Breakfast is basic but good enough. Location is very good.

Our 3 night stay exceeded the reports written about it. From the moment we walked through the door there was a genuine warm reception from all staff. The room was delightful, well furninshed, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful and in a comforable setting not feeling to close to the nearby tables. Location - brilliant. Close to everything... More

We loved this hotel! Its in a great location and the rooms are really clean with comfy beds. You can tell they have put money into this hotel. Every morning at 530a you smell the fresh pastries and breads being baked. Breakfast is included. Spend a little extra for the room with a balcony. Not much of a view but... More

I booked this hotel based on the fabulous trip advisor rating. We were a little nervous about it as the photos don't really do it justice. I expected a slightly shabby hotel and was I ever wrong! We arrived by taxi (train station to far to walk) and were greeted with valet service - our bags were taken from the... More

When we were checking in, an upgrade to a deluxe room on the fourth floor was suggested. We were glad we did. The standard room was too small for our comfort. The fourth floor rooms are luxurous by comparison and well worth the extra 20 Euros. The room was beautiful, well appointed, and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom as well.... More

We booked this hotel online while on the road. What they advertise, they deliver. A slightly more expensive hotel, but well worth it. Very helpful and polite staff during the day and night. Excellent location with access to the arena and other major attractions. Good rooms, breakfast, and outside communal area and the provide free courtesy bikes to explore this wonderful... More

Wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Location was ideal on a quiet side street just steps from the coloseum off the main piazza and everything was easy walking from there. JacQCheshire mentioned "effortless pleasantry" and I can't think of a better way to phrase it. Front desk folks were sincerely nice, helpful and knowledgable including ofrfering... More
