Perfectly located on the edge of the old town, quite understated from the exterior our room on the third floor was large and very comfortable, the bath was big enough to swim in ! The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our home from home in Verno, we will return.

Palazzo Victoria has a young, hip vibe, with a great bar and restaurant space. Loved seeing the medieval bones of the building through the glass panels in the bar area. The entry and reception area have interesting elements of modern design in the flowers and video treatments. Judging by my room, the design efforts have been mostly expended on the... More

From the moment you arrive at the hotel, you know it's going to be interesting. We loved the hip design of the public areas with their white sofas and grass walls, and the layout of the public areas and bar with so many places to enjoy an Aperol Spritz before dinner. Although we were upgraded to a suite, I thought... More

Understated luxury, very comfortable, very central location. The 'reception desk in the corridor' concept is unusual, but didn't inconvenience us. Loved the glimpses of ancient ruins through glass panels in the floor.

We expected this place to be awesome as it's five star and pricey and it didn't fail us. The room might have been small but the whole ambiance of the place made up for it. Breakfast was the highlight with TONS of options and just gorgeous food. We had lunch and dinner there as well and drinks at the bar... More

If I travel to Verona again, I will use this hotel. The only strange thing about it is the reception....it is in the middle of the entrance hall and seems to be something that the designers forgot to put in. Ehmmm Reception, oh yeah forgot about that. Otherwise great hotel. I recommend to anyone. Good breakfast too. I really liked... More

Great location, not far from the Arena. Good breakfast and nice bar area. The room was clean and comfortable but we were on the first floor and could here everything in the bar and reception as our room was located at the top of the stairs. We could here every footstep and conversation as people walked along the hall outside... More

If you are looking for a bit of luxury with convenient location and friendly helpful staff you would have to go a long way to beat this hotel. Great blend of ancient and modern with whacky details in the foyer alongside archeological displays exposed and covered in glass. Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend!

OVERALL. Quality hotel centrally located in this lovely city. We'd come back without hesitation and are now anxious to try their sister property in Florence. CONTEXT/VALUE. We spent 4 nights in an unseasonably cold, extended May weekend on a offer of £135/night + tax. You'll see other reviewers who payed significantly more. We felt, in total, the value for money... We maxed it out in Room 214 a Junior Suite - gorgeous decor, large comfortable bed and glorious bathroom with jacuzzi and powerful shower; it doesn't have mod cons such as Bose sound systems and ipods, but this is unnecessary as it makes up in so many other ways. We loved the styling in this hotel - fashionable and chic,... More
