The hotel was clean and had ample free parking. The operas at the arena usually have tickets for the stone steps available the day of show. It was a wonderful and memorable trip.

Paying for internet is kind of annoying in an international hotel chain. Frankly, this is something that should be included. Rooms and service was good enough, but that's about it, just adequante. Couldn't figure out how to get the A/C working.

The hotel room is really old. Terrible hotel, probably the worst one I have ever tried in years. Rooms are dirty and shabby, poor sound isolation, front officer is rude and unhelpful. To be avoided absolutely.

This is without a shadow of a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Only stay here if you are desperate. I would rather sleep in my car....
