Hotel is conveniently located. Short walk to most of the sites. But the street can get very noisy in the middle of the night. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious but dimly lit. Washroom is clean and well lit. Shower is strong. Breakfast is delicious with good choices and served punctually in room (what a treat!).

The location of this hotel is a double edged sword. It is very near all visitors want to see, however most of the rooms front on the most popular street in town, Via Mazzini. It is a super nice hotel with great design and comfort. The staff is extra helpful and friendly. They bring yummy breakfast to the room every morning. We were so happy to stay there while visiting Verona, and of couse we really recommend it :)
