We stayed there the in the first week of October for two nights. The room itself is clean and neat and there is nothing fancy. No complaints there except that the tv didn't work but this didn't bother us too much. However we did ask when breakfast will be ready in the morning and they said 8 am and it... More

We arrived at night and checked in late. I had to call them to open the door. The staff came fast which was good. The first night we stayed in a room which all the things were good except the noise from the kitchen just next to the room. I called and told them at that night and the staff... More

First off, this place is hard to find!! Near Santa Croce Piazza; but no one knows where it is; take a good google map and VERY Concise directions or you will be lost carrying your luggage for hours. There is a small brass sign next to a door, ring the door bell and they will buzz you in. Walk down... More

My friend and I stayed at this hotel, quite by chance. It was not our first preference but the hotel we booked in "over booked" ( a regular hazard, so I have heard) and refered us to this little hotel. After checking out their website we confirmed and even though we were a bit nervous about it, we were looking... More

This was an excellent B&B in a great location a little off the beaten path but easily within walking distance of the Rialto and San Marco. The hosts were very accommodating and the breakfast was enough to keep us going to dinner time. It was very clean and our room was very spacious with a balcony view of the canals.... More

We booked a deluxe room with balcony and canal view. We were given a room which looked into someone's bathroom. On complaint, we were told the balcony rooms were taken and that as we booked three months in advance the booking system had changed and now all rooms with ensuite bathrooms were 'deluxe'. We were changed rooms on the second... More

I went with my wife to this Residence and we enjoy very much. Room was big enough with a pretty table where we had "slow"breakfast with cappuccino. But the best of the place was the balcony with views to a little canal, street and square (all in one sight). Only one negative aspect for those who don't sleep well: sunlight... More

we found this B&B was in our favorite part of town. Near a square. Spend the extra bucks for the balcony room. Very friendly host. More

For starter's....the place is VERY hard to find, so make sure you know exactly where u are going before you get there. Not that its not well explained on their website, only because all the tiny wonderful streets in Venice it can be overwhelming. The place is wonderful and worth the search. Its very clean, the room is a very... More

Be careful when you book this place via the internet. I booked the hotel via the an internet booking site and received the confirmation and voucher. But the next day I got a phone call to tell me that the hotel was already fully booked. I had to go through lots of trouble to cancel and book a different hotel.... More
