The staff were very helpful. Great central location made access to all Venice sites convenient and easy by foot of vaparetto. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good and they have good selection of fruits. Terrible instant coffee for breakfastThere was no free wifi service. Not an easy Hotel to find.

Service was excellent, rooms nice, perfect location very near to all the attractions you want to visit in Venice. Everything is in walking distance, centrally located but far enough not to be noisy.
