Very charming hotel, newly-renovated. Good size room and private bathroom. Staff was great! I highly recommend this hotel.

excellent hotel right in the centre.yes it was tricky to find but if you don't get lost in venice then you're doing something wrong.breakfast was lovely nice to have it in our room at no extra cost.the staff were so helpful with ideas for restaurants and walks to follow. throughly recommend this hotel.

Great location if you want to live close by St. Marco. The hotel staff was very friendly and they provided great recommendations to our questions. The room was clean and the breakfast was simple, but good. Will definitely recommend it to people who wants to live close by St. Marco.

We spent three nights at Relais Venezia in March. The location, though a bit tricky to find, is excellent. The staff is wonderful-breakfast every morning in our room was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel

This property is well appointed and our stay was made even more wonderful by the staff, especially Federico! The purpose of our visit was to shoot pictures of people and places in Venice. And the location, the very friendly and helpful staff made our trip to Venice perfect. The Venetion style room was nice and clean, and breakfast was served with a smile.

I can't understand why this hotel is so (relatively) highly rated. The location (though down a dark alley) is central, everything else is pretty awlul.
