Our air con wasn't working the first night so for the remaining 2 nights of our stay we were upgraded to an extremely large air conditioned room in Ca Braggadin free of charge. Just a little concerned about what would have happened if another room wasn't available. Fortunately worked out and very happy.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was clean. Bit noisy till about midnight. Shower very, very, very small. AC broken (seems like it never worked and it's not going to be fixed at all - just there to advertise the room). Staying for 1 night in a room where the ac is broken and there is a non stop party outside. I tried to call and change my room but no answer. I also called about the ac and all they said was that it was broken... Really?

This tourist house is affiliated to a larger hotel about 1 minute round the corner. A lot of the rooms are recently refurbished and lovely and bright, modern & clean. The area can be a little noisy (as it's 10 min walk from Piazza San Marco) in the evening but quietens down after around 11pm which was fine for us.
