People very polite and helpful. Clean room, not small, good bathroom. Breakfast in the room. Quiet, small (6 rooms), near the place where you will arrive by bus or train. Don´t trust the google maps at all to arrive at the Hotel.

This is a small, presumably family-run hotel situated just off the Cannaregio Canal. To locate the hotel carefully follow the directions on the hotel website and follow the building numbers. The Google map puts the hotel in an incorrect location on the wrong side of the canal!
My room was clean, comfortable and adequate in size with adequate storage provision....

Trip to Venice can be interesting (very crowded and one of the expensive cities in Italy) and intimidating at the same time. It also can be difficult to get a good hotel. For example, we have been charged 250 Euro for family of four (with two teenage kids).
The owner/receptionist Vladimir is helpful but can be little bit absent-minded. Let...

Although the hotel does not look like much from the outside, it was very comfortable with a large family room. The hotel garden was very nice for having a drink after a day out. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some of the tiling in the family room is loose, and some maintenance is required. The...

We spend the night in this nice and cozy hotel nearby Train Station in Venice. The area is nice and safe, not crowded by the tourist. There are a few nice places to sit and relax along the Cannaregio Canal. Hotel is small but very clean. We enjoyed our breakfast served in a beautiful garden. Vladimiro gave us very useful...

We stayed at the Ai Due Leoni in June of this year and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a little difficult to find if you have not been to the city before but once you find it, it's very nice. The room was cozy and the outdoor patio is a very nice place to enjoy a morning breakfast. It's...

We stayed in a triple for four nights during our three-week vacation in Europe. We had been to Venice before, and we wanted a quieter location and this place certainly qualifies. (Sure, there's a church bell at 7 a.m., but the sound-proofing was good and my wife and daughter slept through it each morning.) It was hot and the air...

Be very aware when booking this place place. The reception desk guy is an extremely rude person. Check-out is at 11:00AM and this guy has the worst temper if you decide to stay two minutes past that time. The breakfast was simply awfull, nothing hot was served. The place is very secluded, a laberinth to get there. This place is...

When we arrived at the Due Leoncini (actually labelled outside as Due Leoni), the manager told us he had overbooked but that he had a different "apartment" to show us. We paid the full price at this point. After some phone calls, he led us out of the hotel and walked us to the apartment he claimed was the one...

Our party of 3 stayed at Casa ai Due Leoni in early October 2010. The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures. Our room was huge, it was clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything but off the beaten path. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and super friendly. I would not recommend using Google...
