Fantastic breakfast. Good service from several members of staff. Great location in a more quiet part of Venice. Wifi doesn't really work in the rooms, but it is fine in the lobby area, which is beautiful. Very nice rooms and bathrooms.

We are enjoying food and wine in Venice a couple of times a year and last fall we discovered this unique palazzo. Although it is quite a walk from San Marco where we like to spend our days we really enjoy hospitality of its hotel staff, spaciousness, and décor of our room, and silent neighborhood. It became our home in...

Arrived from the airport by taxi front of hotel was a good start. Then met by the receptionist Tilly who was very attentive and friendly, throughout our stay he was there with a smile and helped me learn some Italian as we went along. He also sorted out a few teething problems we had with our room without fuss. Recommended...

My partner & I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at end of February, for our 4 day stay in Venice. I booked via email after seeing the other positive reviews and I wasn't disappointed , it is a lovely hotel. Perfect location just a few minutes walk from the vaporetto stop at Ca'D'Oro. Within easy walking distance of...

This hotel is probably a 2.5 or 3 star, not a 4 star as advertised. It sits a little outside of everywhere you want to be, has old beds, and offers a very limited breakfast buffet. Sure, Venice hotels may offer less for more money than elsewhere in Italy, but Venice has far better options that this hotel at the...

We decided to stay here again over the course of our holiday to celebrate our second anniversary, this time travelling with two more couples. We all stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and then again for another night before flying back home.
We chose to stay the first 4 nights in the same room as last year which we...

This very small boutique hotel is in a beautiful old “palazzo” complete with frescoes. The staff, very courteous, professional and knowledgeable, makes you feel like a special guest and not like just another tourist. Located within easy walking distance of Piazza San Marco, restaurants and shopping, the hotel boasts a dock at its entrance that makes it simple and easy...

We stayed in a junior suite with a painted ceiling. The room was great and big. The staff were very friendly. We easily walked from the train station to the hotel and all the sites in Venice. The breakfast in the morning was very good. There is not many rooms so book in advance. They are currently in the progress...

This hotel is small, personal and beautiful. The location is excellent, right on the edge of a small canal. just a 15 minute stroll through lovely streets filled with shops and restaurants to Rialto bridge. At night it's peaceful and the rooms are decorated a very high standard and very venetian in style. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. i...
