Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good enough breakfast. Not close to any sites, but close to the ACTV Fondamente stop. Tricky to find at first, when getting off the ACTV stop, look closely at street names as we passed the first turn several times. We weren't amazed with this place, but it was quaint, clean, and suited our stay just fine.

This small family hotel is just beautifull. Rooms are very, very nice, breakfasts are delicious in the small garden - I loved this wonderfull atmosphere during having breakfast. Had a wicked time. Don't expect a big international hotel. This is small and quiet. Easy to get to on foot and with bags from the vaporetti. Boom!

This little hotel is located in a quiet area of Venice, very clean and with breakfast in a beautiful garden setting. The shared shower was kept very clean and never a wait to use.
