Excellent location, helpful staff. A little bit expensive for this Hotel type but accomodation in Venice is expensive. Breakfast was very good. We were served in a small room but we had everything for a rich breakfast. The Standard Double Room wasn't very big, but the bathroom was very comfortable. The lagoon view from the room was excellent.

Don't be put off when you arrive at this hotel. It has a slightly shabby narrow entrance with only a small sign outside which widens out when you enter. The staff are very friendly & the rooms comfortable & well equipped with good bathroom facilities. Although there are TVs in the rooms they don't seem to have any English language... More
