Staff very helpful and courteous. Good breakfast but a little variety would be nice. Very noisy at night due to bar owned by hotel below. Kitchen staff outside talking. AC basically ineffective, would not want to be there in the summer heat.

The hotel is very small. No Elevator . 13 rooms in 4 floors. Rooms are relatively small. Tiny Reception. Pretty expensive for its service. Receptionist was very unfriendly.
