This hotel is near to the St. Lucia train station. I think this is very important in Venice, because there are a lot of bridges with stairs. Therefore, depending on the location, you'll need to take a 'vaporetto', what is not good when you have your luggage. The room was good and clean, tough we had to face two levels... More

Our room was located in another building than the reception (about 10-15 minutes walk away). When we checked in, the guy at the reception gave us a map so that we could find our room. Without a map it would have been very difficult. Location of the room was quite good, it was located in Cannareggio area. In the room... More

We had a shared bathroom which you could hardly move in, couldn't stand up straight in the shower because its under a staircase and the roof slants in the shower. Shower didn't work, it was either boiling hot or nothing, completely flooded every time it was used. Had to sit on the toilet on an angle or knees would touch... More

Our family of 4 people lived in a apartment, with 2 rooms. It was in old style (in wood) but had been renewed. We appreciated it very much because we felt IN VENICE. It's in a narrow street, very calm. Not far from where we lived there's the river (or water something...). Even Venice is too tourist and noisy for... More

Stayed in this hotel back in 2005 - absolutely loved its charm. The location is brilliant and staff were great. It is not a luxurious hotel but it is everything you need in this amazing city. The location is second to none for exploring the city. There are some great restaurants and bars in the area also.

Although this hotel is nothing spectacular, the location and especially the service make the difference. My friend originally made the reservation, but ended up missing her flight, which left me arriving first. A quick call from my friend, the reservation was switched to my name with no issues and the front desk was prepared. The room was adequate, everything was... More

It is just 5 minutes walk from the main canal vaperto satiation; it is not fancy or luxury but for couples it is just enough o get the spirit. clean and cozy. Brackfast is Ok. Staff is friendly and speak English. We have spend 2... More

Good location in Venice, but lacking in basic amenities like a shower that doesn't suddenly go completely cold just about every time you're in it. The breakfast was basic at best, and left us looking for more once we started our tours in the morning. They did not provide the separate twin beds that were requested and recorded on our... More

Great location in Venice. Near airport water taxi , termini and steps from the main drag with great shopping and eating !! Clean rooms ( a little outdated) nice little breakfast area , friendly staff. Second time we have stayed there. Will definitely again. Good Deal for Venice.

This hotel consists of one building with many rooms within, some with a shared bathroom. Other rooms are located on the same street, not within the doors of the hotel. It functions more as a youth hostel than an actual hotel. There were no illusions when we booked our room here. My friends and I got stuck at the last... More
