Bad: cheap and old furniture, worn out towels, broken door of the shower cabin. Good: perfect location, TV set. Will do as a 1 night stand, but don't expect more from it. The price is unreasonably high. As i entered the room the first time, it had a very strong smell of cigarettes, though it was a non-smoking room.

For basic low cost travel, hard to find better in Venice. Suggest requesting a room with a private bathroom. Room had worn furniture and bathrrpm had a leaky shower that was very moldy. Staff was quite cheerful and helpful, and the location is great - just a short walk to the train station.

Best part about this hotel is that it is a 2 minute walk from Santa Maria train station. It is in a great location just off one of the main streets. Very basic but clean room with shared bathroom. Got electric shock from a lamp where the wires were not covered with plastic coating.
