I loved my stay at the hotel. The owner is a real gentleman, besides he is a real artist!! He produces Fantasic art pieces in wood!! You have to see with your eyes! This was my second visit. Very close to bus/train/vaparatto. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet. No screens on the windows though, so the mosquitoes fly in. I have recommended this hotel to friends.

Good location, 5 mins away from Venezia Station. Hotel was located at a very narrow ally and is undergoing some construction. There is no elevator in this hotel. We have to lug our luggages up 3 stories. Room is very small. Owner is not very welcoming. We will love to try out other hotels in Venice next time.

Stayed here in April 2012, and found the staff very helpful and friendly and the hotel to be clean with a large room and basic but good breakfast. The hotel is located within a few minutes walk to the bus / train station, which saves on humping the suitcases over all the stepped bridges. Perfect for a short stay.

Seems to be a family owned hotel - small and cozy. Staff was extremely friendly - allowed for us to keep our luggage there even after checking out and they even let us borrow an umbrella for the surprising rain that morning! The only problem is that the walls are extremely thin.

Clean and big rooms, great breakfast for just € 5 per person. (breads, croissants, milk, coffee, tea and juice) extremely confortable. Totally recommend it.

For our family of 4, this was a great find! European hotels are very different from American standards, so when you get past that hurdle, you'll be fine.
