Very nice Hotel, very nice clean accommodations. We had to leave early to catch a train and the night man made us coffee. What great service.

Fantastic boutique hotel with very helpful staff. We were a triple share and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Fixtures and fittings were all modern. Breakfast was continental but decent and sufficient. Location for the price makes this an an excellent value stay.

Nice room, easily accomodated our family of four and was essentially two rooms with a connecting hallway. All rooms had functioning windows and were very clean. Lovely old palazzo overlooking a canal, which was just what we wanted. It is in a quieter area away from all the mad hoards of tourists around San Marco. Nice sized rooms. We spent 6 nights here and enjoyed every one. It is located in an historic building just a short walk from San Marco and two Vaparetto (public water bus) stops. All of Venice is just minutes away.
